SABAA Team Tournament Trail is proud to host the 2026 Nationals being held on the Vaal Dam

The tournament will take place from 4 to 7 November 2026.

Completed in 1938, the Vaal Dam is one of South Africa’s premier inland water destinations, situated in the northern Free State. As the country’s fourth-largest dam by volume, it boasts an impressive shoreline of more than 800 kilometres and borders three provinces: the Free State, which has the longest shoreline, as well as Gauteng and Mpumalanga.

Fed by the mighty Vaal River, one of South Africa’s largest and most significant rivers, the dam is a favourite destination for water sports enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers alike.
